Looking for ways to speed up your healing process? Unique to Hope Springs are our extended therapy sessions—available for both EMDR work and talk therapy. These 2-4-hour sessions can accelerate your healing journey, allowing for deeper work in a single sitting. While more time-intensive initially, this approach can lead to quicker progress in your therapeutic journey.
Extended sessions may potentially decrease the overall cost of therapy by reducing the total number of sessions needed. Currently, these extended sessions are available for self-pay clients only.
